Everyone has different behavioural responses when faced with conflict. Choosing your response rather than reacting gives you the opportunity to control the situation and ultimately manage conflict.
Through this course you will understand what conflict is and how it may arise. We will identify five conflict styles and show how they might be demonstrated. Following on from this, we will consider a situation where each conflict style could be of benefit, and learn how to eventually end up with the best long term solution.
